Fieldsbrisbane offers land planning and land-use analysis services for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial projects. Each engagement is defined by a written scope of work agreed upon by both parties. Deliverables may include maps, reports, zoning recommendations, and environmental assessments.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the project site, intended use, and any existing permits or restrictions. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timelines and deliverables.
Fieldsbrisbane performs analysis based on available data, field observations, and accepted professional standards. We do not guarantee approval of any permit, license, or zoning variance. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our recommendations.
All deliverables produced by Fieldsbrisbane remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Fieldsbrisbane reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to meet payment or cooperation obligations.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fieldsbrisbane operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
